A brief history
Albino Black sheep run started way back in 1999. It was created by Steven Lerner for a different purpose. In fact the site was created to promote his band. Yes, his band was named Albino Blacksheep. Today, the site features very little information on his band. Rather, it provides a venue for people to view artistic and more often than not humorous digital media. Although Albino Black sheep run as a band information site during its infancy, it is now a hot site receiving millions of page views per day.
On April 1, 2007 – April fools day, Steven Lerner redesigned the site to look like it has been acquired by Google. In fact, the joke was so elaborate that there was a blog written about Google's $32 million stock option purchase for the site. Well, as a site that puts humor to the next level, this was just one more gag that was bound to happen.
